1. Definitions

  • “Orion Schematics”: A smartphone repair schematic and guide application provided by us.
  • “User”: Any individual or entity who downloads, installs, or uses our services.
  • “License”: An activation code to access Orion Schematics premium content.
  • “Distributor/Reseller”: Authorized parties who purchase credits and/or sell Orion Schematics licenses.

2. Scope of Service

  • Orion Schematics provides digital content in the form of technical repair guides and schematics for smartphones.
  • Full access to premium content is only available to users with an active license.
  • Licenses are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 12 months Multi PC (access for two devices).

3. License Usage

  • Licenses are non-transferable and for personal use only.
  • The Single PC grants access to one device under one account. The Multi PC license grants access for up to two devices under one account.
  • It is prohibited to share account to be used on different devices.
  • It is prohibited to share, resell, or redistribute Orion Schematics content without written permission.
  • Each license is valid only for the account and devices registered during activation.

4. Distribution and Sales

  • Licenses can only be purchased from authorized distributors, authorized resellers, or directly from Orion Schematics.
  • Orion Schematics is not responsible for licenses purchased from unauthorized sources.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made through our official payment methods (bank transfer, payment gateway, etc.).
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Services for illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities.
  • Share your account access with others without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass any security or access controls.

8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Guidelines: All repair guideline materials created by Orion Schematics are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal or educational purposes only. Commercial use is not allowed without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Content Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

9.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may request its removal by sending us a written notice that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing content (URL or file reference) so we can locate it.
  3. Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
  4. Your contact details (name, email, phone, address).
  5. A statement that:
    • You believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • The information in your notice is accurate, and you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

9.3 Action Upon Notice

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice:

  • We will review the claim.
  • If valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may notify the uploader of the claim and give them a chance to respond.

9.4 Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification with:

  1. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  2. A statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information.

9.5 Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content.

10. Payment and Subscription (If Applicable)

Some Services may require payment or subscription. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and comply with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

11. No Warranty & Disclaimer

All materials are provided “as is” for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any specific repair or purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Orion Schematics does not guarantee that all information is 100% error-free or always up-to-date.
  • The use of information is entirely at the user’s own risk.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Schematics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or financial loss.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Schematics, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
